Kenyth was known and loved by many people and in many different ways. One of the regrets that I have is that Miles (my son, Kenyth’s grandson) did not get to know Kenyth nearly as much as I would have liked and did not get to experience anywhere nearly enough shared adventures.
That sentiment got me to the idea of creating a Digital Scrapbook of photos and memories, and thus YOU ARE INVITED to send photos or short written reflections to: sfreelan@gmail.com
For PHOTOS:
- It would be great to have at least a minimal caption / story / date to go with each photo
- I’m assuming most photos that exist won’t be digital – so you could scan them or photograph them with a digital camera / phone… or bring them with you and I’ll take a photo of them
- One or two photos is plenty – I’d rather have the few that tell the best stories than every snapshot that exists
- Send to sfreelan@gmail.com
For WRITINGS:
- I’m interested in memories, poems, stories, lessons learned, adventures (grand or otherwise)… but also follies, annoyances and embarrassments… whatever comes to mind when you remember him
- I suggest that these be approximately 1 page in length, or less (but not more that 2 pages)
- You are welcome to address these specifically to Miles if you like, or however you wish
- Send to sfreelan@gmail.com
My thought is to collect and post these (as appropriate) to my Joseph P Faddlefum digital scrapbook web page. If you’d rather I not post something that you send me, just let me know and I will only share it with Miles instead.
thanks
